ORDER

Orders are processed and dispatched on working days only (Monday to Friday, except public holidays).Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. With it you will be able to see where your order is at any time. You can also check the status of your order on Bimaio.com in your account.

If you have had a problem with your order, whether it is a damaged product, wrong product, etc., please contact Customer Service and we will solve it as soon as possible. From your Order History, locate the order number to which your query refers and send us an email to info@bimaio.com trying to be as concise as possible about the problem. And don’t worry, we solve 100% of the incidents.

There is no minimum order quantity, as long as there is stock available you can buy as many units of the product as you want.

If you wish to cancel an online order once it has been placed, you can contact us by calling 91 XXX XXX XXX within one hour of placing it. We will do our best to deal with your request. Once the order has been processed, we regret that it cannot be modified or cancelled.

It costs €5.90, and is free for orders over €30.

Delivery will take 24 – 48 hours.

All orders are processed and shipped on working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

*All purchases are subject to prior authorisation from the bank. Only purchases with prior authorisation will be processed. If your order cannot be processed, you will receive an email.

Delivery times are given for information only.

Bimaio accepts no liability for delays in the delivery of third party services. As soon as you receive the goods, you assume all responsibility for them. Together with the delivery of the goods, we will also provide you with the necessary details for you to: exercise your right of cancellation and address any possible cancellation or complaint documents to the correct office.

Some orders require a signature on delivery. If you are not present to receive the order, the carrier may leave a telephone number or a slip of paper to offer you other options. To ensure the security of the delivery and that the order is not damaged, the carrier may not leave the order “hidden” at the delivery address.

We will take all necessary measures to deliver to the address provided. However, we disclaim any liability in the event of non-delivery or delivery to another location because the details provided are incorrect.

You will be asked to sign the acknowledgement of receipt of the package.

In your account, you have an address book that allows you to enter a delivery address different from your billing address. During the order process, you only need to select the billing and delivery addresses. The package will be delivered to the address indicated with a Delivery Note without price. You will receive the delivery note with all the details of your order by e-mail.

PAYMENT

REFOUND

You have 10 days from receipt of your order to request a return if the order has arrived damaged or if the product you received was not the one you purchased. We will coordinate the collection with the transport company so that they can pick up the product at your home. Try to pack it as well as you can, and bear in mind that the product must remain closed and in its original packaging. We will refund you the money by the same means by which you have paid, minus the shipping cost of collection. Please note that the amount to be refunded always takes into account any promotions or discounts that may have been applied to your order.

All our cosmetics can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as there is no contraindication in their use.

Our products are natural, that is, they are formulated almost entirely with ingredients of natural origin. There is a minimum percentage of non-natural ingredients present in the formula to guarantee their stability and sensoriality. 

In case your skin suffers from dermatitis, we always recommend that you consult your dermatologist first.

On each product sheet you will find all the information you need to find out what skin type each product is for. If you still have any doubts, you can write to us through our social networks, chat or write to info@bimaio.com. What do I do if I don’t know what my skin type is?

We have created a skin test that can guide you about your skin type and needs. You can take the test (here) and if you still have any doubts, write to us via RRSS or email so that we can give you a personalised routine.

If the product is closed, you will find the expiry date on the packaging. Once the product has been opened, you must consume it within the period indicated on each pack (ODP).

PAO stands for Period After Opening. It is indicated on all products by a number inside a packaging icon. We recommend that all products are always kept at a controlled room temperature of less than 25 degrees Celsius, without humidity and out of direct sunlight.

The PAO is the number of months you have to consume the product once it has been opened. The best-before date indicates the maximum time you can open the product.

All our products are manufactured in Granada, in our factory.

We do not test on animals, both because of our philosophy, love of nature and conviction and because we also comply with European Union regulations
